Q.How do i book an appointment?

A. It’s super easy to book with us. From our website, you can sign in with Vagaro, a salon booking service. Just follow the prompt. Once you are signed in, you can easily book multiple appointments with us. Best of all you will receive a text or an email confirmation and a friendly appointment reminder as well. You can also book through IG, Facebook, (@berosybeauty), or through Yelp. Still need help with booking? No problem. You can always give us a call at our beauty space at 4243228081. 

Q. IS there a cancelation/NO show policy?

A. Yes, we do have a 24 hour cancelation/ no show policy. Please note, we have limited number of employees working per day. When you cancel, it affects our baseline as well as our employees wages since they heavily rely on tips. If you are cancelling and have not met the 24 hour policy, we need to charge your scheduled services in full and need to add a minimum of 15% gratuity. Please be mindful and be courteous to our staff by abiding to our cancellation policy.

Q. What is your cancelation/no show policy?

A. Due to being mindful of our BE ROSY team members, please note we have a 24-hour cancelation policy. Cancellation/no show within 24-hours of your appointment time will be charged in full plus minimal gratuity of 15%. Sickness, a 12-hour policy is in place. Please call us if you need to cancel or you can reschedule on line.  

Q. Do you have an animal policy in place?

A. We love furry animals of all kind but we do have to stick to the rules. Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in our salon except for “service animal” with official “service animal” vests per board of health regulations. Also, be mindful that we have guests and employees that are allergic to animals.

Q. why do you require a credit card when booking?

A. When booking, we require a credit card to secure your appointments. All cards on file are added to a secure system via electronic process. No purchase will be made until after your service unless cancellation/no show, then your card will be charged 100% of the full service fee.  

Q. How do i book a group event?

A. For Event Bookings, please give us a call at 4243228081 to custom tailor your special day. For events, a downpayment is required and we’d like to suggest to give a 25% gratuity.

Q. Do you have a special service price for children?

A. Yes, we do have a special pricing for children 10 and under. For those that are 11 and over, regular nail service price applies.
