APPOINTMENTS

We encourage our guests to arrive 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled time to receive premium experience. Running late? We will do our best to accommodate you, but we are only able to hold 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. If there are other guests booked after your service, we will shorten your appointment time to accommodate our other guests. Please note, if you arrive after 10mins, and we’ve already booked another guests, we will be flexible and add you to another time or date. If no show, we will charge you full-service fee. We ask you to understand that our techs rely on you for their additional tip wages as well as we need to be fair to our other on-time guest.

ANIMAL POLICY

We love all type of animals, but we ask you to please leave your furry friends at home no matter how small their size. Please note that some people are deathly allergic and some genuinely fear animals. We never want to see any of our guests uncomfortable. Only service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the only exception to this rule. ESAs (Emotional Support Animals) do not have public access rights in the US.

BEFORE YOUR PEDICURE SERVICE

It’s best not to shave your legs 24 hours prior to your pedicure service. Tiny micro-abrassion can occur creating stings on your legs. Please wear pants that are easy to roll up and don’t cut any circulation. We are a sustainable salon, so please bring your own flip flops or sandals to wear out of the salon. Due to being sustainably mindful, we do not carry any disposable slippers. We can offer a “loaner” if you’ve forgotten to bring your sandals. A “loaner” can be used to walk over to your car and we ask you to drive up and return it back to us. We will sanitize and disinfect so that other clients will use it. We advise you to always leave a pair of flip flops in your car.

BOOKING

We require a credit card to secure all appointments. Our on-line booking service is easy to use. Input your information (name, email, phone number and credit card information), select date and time of your desired service, your preferred nail specialist, and book. It’s super easy. Your stored credit card must be used during check out for contactless payment. Your information is safe with our secure electronic system.

CANCELLATION

Due to being mindful of our BE ROSY team members, please note we have a 24hour cancelation policy. Cancellation within 24-hours of your appointment time will be charged in full.

CHILDREN

We love kids. In fact, we have awesome kid’s birthday parties at BE ROSY. However, we do ask even if your little one has an appointment, we ask you to please stay near your child. In order to adhere to creating a healthy and safe environment, we ask you to attend to your loved ones.

GEL REMOVALS

Gel removal services are separate booking from our Gel Mani/Pedi services. If you have gels on your nails, and need a new service, please make sure to add gel removal to your booking.

HEALTH

If you have any allergies, health issues, injuries, special needs, or even if you’re pregnant, please let us know before we start your service. The more we know, we can better serve you.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

By California state law and Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, we must refuse service to anyone who appears to have any kind of communicable foot, hand, or skin disease. We are not doctors and can’t perform on any diseased skin/hand/foot. Always seek professional help.

SICK

We understand if you or your loved one gets sick but in order to create a healthy environment for everyone, we ask you to please reschedule your appointment. Please note, sick policy will have a 12 hour advanced notice. If no calls are made, we will have to charge 100% of your service fee. Make sure to let us know in time. Just remember, while your sick, take it easy at home and drink lots of liquids. When you are feeling better we’d be more than happy to provide you with service.

PAYMENT

Due to sustainability efforts, we’ve always been a cashless establishment and we will continue to practice contactless checkouts. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Sorry, no cash and checks.
